====== Extension Board ======= The ADAS Starter kit hosts a 440-pin extension connector (C-5353652-36-3 from [[http://www.te.com|TE Connectivity Ltd]]). The extension board provides a RC-Mixer CPU, a Gyro/ACC Sensor and utilizes the following signals: * PWM 0..2 (optional) * PWM 3..4 (to RC Mixer CPU) * I2C-1 (to RC-Mixer CPU) * I2C-2 (to Gyro/ACC Sensor MPU-6050) * VDD +3.3V (to Gyro/ACC Sensor) The board can be used to control a Motor and steering of an RC-Car via the ADAS Starter Kit and/or via a conventional RC Transmitter/Receiver (JP1 + JP2). {{:tech:extpcb_connector.png?direct&600|}} If RC-Mixer isn't used the PWM4 is connected to MOTOR CONTROL (JP4) and PWM3 to STEERING SERVO (JP3) by hard wiring. ^ Version ^ Remark ^ Type ^ File ^ | V1.1 | Fixed VLOGIC power supply | Schematic | {{:rc-car_sch.pdf|}} | | V1.0 | Initial Version | PCB | {{:rc-car_pcb.pdf|}} | | V1.1 | Fixed VLOGIC power supply | Eagle Schematic+PCB | {{:extpcb_v11.zip|}} |
